We provide background searches from all 50 states that are in
compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The first
federal regulation pertaining to the consumer reporting industry,
the FCRA is designed to promote accuracy, fairness, and privacy
of information in the files of every consumer reporting agency.
