Robert Cirtin possesses
qualifications that enable him to bring a unique perspective
to church safety and security issues.
 Twenty-three
years of experience in law enforcement and investigations.
Served in full-time church ministry.
President of Robert Cirtin Investigations,
a professional investigative and consulting firm, established
in 1991, that has provided services to churches and religious
organizations, businesses, and government agencies.
Also since 1991, Robert has served as assistant professor
of criminal justice and Director of the Criminal Justice
program at Evangel University, Springfield, Missouri.
Having written several articles on church
safety and security issues, Robert’s latest project
is his new book Church Safety and Security, A Practical
Guide, published by CSS Publishing Company.
Robert holds a Master of Arts
degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Lincoln
University, Jefferson City, Missouri and a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Central Bible College, Springfield, Missouri.
Throughout his law enforcement and investigative career, Robert
has completed several police academies and
various law enforcement training.

lecturer and has given presentations to a variety
of professional and educational organizations.

Area Chamber of Commerce.

of Springfield (Missouri) – Southeast Club.
- Serves on several state and local
community boards and commissions.

Our team of consultants and investigators

safety and security.
Our diverse backgrounds and experiences
enable us to conduct virtually any type of investigation under
a variety of circumstances. We are accustomed to being involved
in sensitive and confidential matters. We are trained and
experienced in the techniques of interviewing, collecting
and processing evidence, rules of evidence, legalities of
conducting investigations, surveillance, covert investigations,
and report writing.
